A. If your transaction fails to proceed to exchange of contracts, due to no fault of your own, there will be no charge for legal services. Any payments to third parties (disbursements) will be payable. This is subject to the following conditions that all purchasers are to take out Homebuyer Costs Insurance policy. This will cover the cost of legal fees and survey fees up to £600.00, however you are still responsible for disbursements. This guarantee is only applicable if the matter does not proceed due to the other party or one of the insured risks.
